Recipes like Moms* Used to Make

Praline Bars

These are one of the many cookies we make at Christmas.  This was one of Great-Grandma Smith's favorite cookie recipes.

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
24 graham crackers

Lay graham crackers on jelly roll pan.
Combine butter and sugar in sauce pan and stir over low heat until melted.
Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add pecans. Spread over graham crackers.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes-NO LONGER.
Cut into bars while still warm.
